Description
Spread over four Gastronorm wells in GN 1/1 format, the SARO NEAPEL warming plate keeps food continuously warm with a connected load of 1,600 kW. The continuous stainless steel surface ensures an even distribution of the heat over the whole length. In breakfast service it provides warm scrambled eggs and side dishes; on the hotel buffet it keeps several dishes ready at the same time throughout the whole service period.
