Description

Two separate 40-litre basins allow the SARO CPG2V80 to cook different types of pasta in parallel, secured by a pilot flame and a safety thermostat for each basin. Pasta baskets are not part of the scope of delivery. On the food truck the double cooker takes on the pre-production for several stations; in the canteen kitchen it prepares larger quantities of pasta for the servery. The matching propane gas nozzles for operation with LPG are already supplied, while the factory setting is designed for H gas.
