Description
Four square electric plates sit on the open base of the SARO Electric Range, which is operated on three-phase power with a connected value of 400V 16KW. The base remains open and serves as storage space beneath the cooking surface. The electric range does its work in the canteen kitchen as well as in the commercial kitchen, where several plates are used at the same time for different dishes and the open base creates room for pots.
