Description
The SARO PIERRE crêpe maker prepares crêpes and pancakes on two cast-iron plates that can be switched and brought to temperature independently of one another. In the restaurant kitchen the appliance takes over the parallel preparation of different quantities of batter, while in the canteen it provides even replenishment during peak periods. A batter spreader supplied helps with applying the batter evenly on the plate, so that even thin crêpes can be shaped evenly. The housing is made of stainless steel.
