SARO Cooling Table with glass top model GN 3100 TNS

The SARO saladette GN 3100 TNS combines a refrigerated base unit with three self-closing doors and a rounded glass top section for the open presentation of ingredients. The canteen uses it as a service station for prepared cold dishes; the restaurant kitchen uses it at the salad station for daily preparation. On top, up to three 1/1 GN containers or six smaller 1/9 GN containers can be accommodated, while a polyethylene cutting board with a depth of 118 millimetres stands ready for portioning directly at the appliance. The GN containers themselves are not part of the set and are added by the business to suit the kitchen.
