Description
The SARO clearing trolley 304 with an upstand all round, model CHARLES, takes crockery and trays when clearing and carries up to 240 kg. The commercial kitchen and the hotel buffet use it at different stations where crockery and trays are collected and transported onwards. The 8,5 cm upstand running all round keeps the loading surface bounded on every side, so that nothing slides over the edges.
