Description
The SARO EP 7000 citrus press presses citrus fruit with a brushless induction motor that reaches up to 1400 revolutions per minute. In the canteen just as in the restaurant kitchen it takes over the pressing of larger quantities during ongoing operation. The pressing cone separates the bitter part of the orange from the juice, selectable either velvety with pulp or clear. A die-cast aluminium housing and a bowl made of Tritan make for a robust construction that is easy to clean.
