Ham Holder 15 cm

The ham holder 15 cm holds a boneless piece of ham securely on the work surface so that even slices can be cut by hand. The matt-polished surface in 18/10 and 18/0 stainless steel sits on a lacquered wooden board with handles in fine wood. It is used both in the canteen and in the restaurant kitchen, where ham is often carved directly at the buffet. With a surface of 45 x 24 cm and an overall height of 15 cm, the holder takes a whole piece of ham.
