Gastro Hot Chocolate Dispenser - 10L - White

With this white chocolate dispenser, you can easily dispense 10 litres of hot chocolate. It also features a bain-marie heating system, which ensures the chocolate milk is heated slowly and doesn't burn. Thanks to the continuously rotating stirrer, clumping and blockage at the outlet tap are prevented.

Evenly heated drinks

To start up this chocolate dispenser, first fill the water tank to the max mark. Then fill the food-safe bowl with chocolate milk and close the lid firmly. Switch the appliance on with the On button to activate the stirring mechanism. You can then set the temperature to the desired level. Depending on the desired temperature, the product and the ambient temperature, the food is heated within half an hour. Once the chocolate milk has reached the set temperature, place a cup under the tap and pull the lever down to fill the cup. Any spilled chocolate milk is caught in the drip tray under the tap. This versatile appliance can also be used for milk, tea, mulled wine and other heated drinks.

Cleaning the machine

Empty out any remaining chocolate milk and rinse the bowl and the appliance's stirring system. Fill the bowl with water and let the water drain out of the bowl via the tap, so that no food residue is left in the channel. Remove the tap with the tool provided and clean the channel between the bowl and the tap with a pipe cleaner. Take out the bowl and the stirrer and clean them with hot water and food-safe washing-up liquid. Remove the water tank plug to empty the water tank. Reinsert the plug and clean the water tank and the appliance with a damp cloth. Dry all parts and reassemble them. Don't forget to clean the drip tray.
