For kitchens with long worktops or wide buffet setups, this 107 cm heated gantry offers the right size and control. With the optional height-adjustable T-feet, it can be used freestanding or mounted under a ceiling or shelf. This gives you maximum flexibility when designing your kitchen.

Designed for wide serving lines

This heated gantry generates radiant heat from above to keep the serving temperature of pre-cooked food constant. Thanks to its 107 cm wide housing, it is ideal for long plating stations and buffet counters. The appliance can be securely mounted under a ceiling or shelf using the brackets supplied. For ceiling mounting, you can also secure the gantry using the optional hanging chains with hooks. Alternatively, use the gantry freestanding with the separately available T-feet, whose height can be adjusted to suit your work environment.

Controlled heat for consistent results

The heated gantry is fitted with a rotary dial that allows stepless heat adjustment between low, medium and high. This lets you easily adapt the heat intensity to different dishes and service speeds. The heating element is positioned within the housing to deliver targeted heat to the food placed underneath, preserving its quality without overheating it.

Safe cleaning and easy maintenance

Always switch off the heated gantry before cleaning and disconnect it from the mains. Let the appliance cool down completely, then clean the exterior with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the gantry in water and avoid cleaning it with water jets. Regular cleaning supports safe operation and a long service life.
