In professional kitchens, a fast and efficient dishwasher is indispensable for the daily cleaning of crockery. Our dishwasher offers three complete wash cycles of 135, 195 and 255 seconds plus a pause function and a clear digital display. After the cleaning process the crockery is rinsed with hot water and dries quickly, so that it is ready for the next service. This dishwasher runs at a noise level of less than 70 dB, which makes it very quiet.

Economical and easy to operate

This dishwasher is extremely economical and uses only 2.5 l of water per wash cycle. It offers safety features such as thermal protection and IPX5 protection for the control panel. The machine is also simple to operate, with a single button for filling and heating the water in the boiler tank. The digital pressure switch for the wash tank allows the water level to be set easily, while the NTC sensor controls the thermostat. The crockery is washed at 55-60°C and rinsed at 80-85°C, which results in faster drying. You can choose whether to pre-heat the water or start with a cold rinse. Four indicator lights show the status of filling, heating, rinsing and cycle time. Once the programme has finished, the dishwasher gives an audible signal. Included in the delivery are a glass basket (40 x 40 cm), a plate basket (40 x 40 cm), a cutlery basket as well as an inlet and drain hose for connection to the water supply. The dishwasher includes rinse aid, detergent and drain pumps. Four adjustable feet allow the height to be set easily.

Quick to clean

This powerful dishwasher is easy to clean because it is built entirely from stainless steel. The smooth stainless steel wipes down easily with a warm cloth and a little washing-up liquid. The wash arms, made from special ABS, are just as easy to clean. It is important to note that only liquid rinse aid and liquid detergent are suitable for this dishwasher.
