In large catering businesses that handle big volumes of dirty crockery, this hood-type dishwasher is a major advantage. You can pass the baskets through quickly, which makes handling the crockery very efficient. This professional machine has two wash programmes: 90 and 180 seconds respectively, including 15 seconds of rinsing. The wash temperature is 60°C and the rinse cycle 85°C, so everything dries faster. The appliance is also very quiet, with a noise level of less than 65 dB. This hood-type dishwasher uses only 2.8 l of water per wash cycle. The control panel is IPX4-protected, so no water can get behind the easy-to-use buttons. It has four buttons: an on/off button, a button to start/stop the wash cycle, a button to set the wash programme and a button to start the drain pump. The hood-type dishwasher also has a temperature indicator and a rinse aid indicator.

Ideal for Use in a Dishwashing Line

One advantage of buying this professional hood-type dishwasher is that you can connect it to a stainless steel dishwashing table for pre-rinsing, creating a smooth workflow from pre-rinse through to drying. Both the appliance and our dishwashing tables have adjustable feet so you can achieve the perfect working height. This makes dirty crockery quick and easy to clean. First put all the crockery into the basket of the hood-type dishwasher and rinse it off with a pre-rinse spray. Then slide the basket into the hood-type dishwasher. When the wash programme has finished, slide the basket onto a draining table and let the crockery dry off. This machine is also suitable for corner installation. The following accessories are included in the delivery: one glass basket (50 x 50 cm), one plate basket (50 x 50 cm), one cutlery basket, plus an inlet and drain hose for connection to the water supply.

Easy-to-Clean Hood-Type Dishwasher

The hood-type dishwasher is made entirely of stainless steel and can therefore be cleaned very quickly and easily. The smooth surfaces can be wiped down with a damp cloth. The wash arms on the inside are made of special ABS and can be cleaned with a cloth and water. The hood-type dishwasher is fitted with drain, rinse and detergent pumps. It is important to note that the rinse and detergent pumps can only take liquid cleaning agents.
