Commercial Gastronorm Lid - 1/6 GN - Stainless Steel - Airtight

A set of Gastronorm containers is indispensable in a professional kitchen. Gastronorm is abbreviated to GN and is a worldwide standard for the dimensions and depth of containers. With this Gastronorm lid you can cover a stainless steel Gastronorm container of the same size. That way ingredients and food stay fresh and keep for longer. Even with the lid on, the GN container can still be used in many different kitchen appliances - in fridges, chest freezers, prep fridges, refrigerated counters, tray trolleys, display cabinets, bain maries and chafing dishes, for example.

Please note:
This airtight lid has no vent cap. It has a 2mm hole through which air can escape when opening and closing. That is important in order to fit the airtight lid onto the GN container and remove it again.
