Commercial Fridge - 600 l - 3 Adjustable Shelves (2/1 GN) - Stainless Steel - with Glass Door

Fresh ingredients and pre-prepared dishes have to be kept chilled if they are to stay usable for longer. This stainless steel fridge, with a gross capacity of 600 litres, adds substantial refrigerated storage to your catering business. The interior is fitted with energy-efficient LED lighting and three height-adjustable shelves sized for 2/1 GN containers. The glass door has an antibacterial rubber seal and a built-in lock, and lets you check the chilled stock without opening the fridge.

Self-closing door

This fridge has user-friendly electronic temperature control with a digital display, which makes reading and setting the temperature simple. Products can be chilled across a wide temperature range. This fridge uses static cooling with a fan, which keeps the air inside the cabinet circulating and cools the contents evenly. The self-closing doors prevent large temperature differences. This fridge uses CFC-free R290 refrigerant and is fitted with a water collection tray that catches any excess water. For easy mobility this fridge is carried on four wheels, two of them fitted with brakes to lock it in position.

Easy to clean

Cleaning this powerful fridge is quick and effortless. Thanks to the stainless steel housing and interior, the walls wipe down easily with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. The shelves can be cleaned with a sponge, lukewarm water and a mild detergent. To keep the fridge working properly, remember to wipe the rubber door seal every time you clean it. Afterwards it is important to dry everything with a soft cloth before using it again.
