Commercial Freezer - 1200 l - 6 Adjustable Shelves (2/1 GN) - Stainless Steel - with Glass Door

This stainless steel freezer has a gross capacity of 1200 litres for storing frozen products and fits seamlessly into most professional kitchens. The interior features energy-efficient LED lighting and six adjustable shelves suitable for 2/1 GN containers. The glass doors with an antibacterial rubber seal have a built-in lock and let you see the frozen goods without opening the freezer.

Self-Closing Door

This professional freezer is fitted with an electronic temperature controller and a digital display. This makes reading and setting the temperature easy. It also offers a wide temperature range for freezing products efficiently. The self-closing doors prevent large temperature differences. This freezer uses the CFC-free refrigerant R290. It is also equipped with a water collection tray in which excess water is caught. The freezer is mounted on four wheels , two of which are fitted with brakes to secure the position of the unit.

Easy to Clean

The housing of this freezer is made from stainless steel and is easy to clean. To clean the outside, simply use a damp cloth and a mild detergent. The inside can be cleaned once the freezer has been defrosted. To defrost it, take out all items and unplug it from the socket. To speed up defrosting, carefully remove the ice with a plastic ice scraper. After cleaning with warm water and a soft cloth, dry the freezer thoroughly before switching it back on.
