Removable stainless steel coffee filter

Ease of use and convenience were the priorities when this percolator was designed. The removable coffee filter is made of stainless steel, so it not only lasts a long time but is also easy to clean. The filter lets you work with coarsely ground coffee as well as more finely ground varieties. The handles on the side of the appliance are insulated, so you can move the percolator quickly and easily without burning yourself. The lid also has a plastic knob that can be lifted off comfortably and without burns. Indicator lights on the side of the appliance show when the water is hot enough for brewing to begin. Because the percolator stands on four rubber feet, it is stable and stays firmly in place during use.

Quick to clean and descale

This coffee percolator is very easy to clean, so the quality of your coffee always stays high. After every use you can clean the interior, the percolator tube and the filter with a mild detergent. To stop limescale deposits from affecting the performance of your heating element, descale the percolator from time to time - fortunately very straightforward on this appliance. Use a descaling agent or make your own mixture of water and vinegar, and bring the percolator to the boil. Leave it to soak for 15 minutes and then pour all the water away. Rinse the machine out thoroughly a few times to remove the taste and smell of vinegar. You can also wipe the outside with a damp cloth and a little warm water.
