AluChef® Cocotte, Oval

With a 35 x 29 cm footprint and 7,5 litres of volume, the AluChef® cocotte, oval offers room for larger portions and, thanks to cast aluminium and induction suitability, can be used directly on the hob. The PTFE coating on the inside makes it easier to release cooked food, while the lid with drip pips leads the condensation water back into the pot. In catering it takes on the role of the cooking vessel; at the hotel buffet it is part of the permanent equipment, available in several colours and with a knob handle made of stainless steel.
